America in Crisis2023
America in Crisis is a 1969 book by Magnum Photos which explores the clash between America’s idealized self image–the American Dream–and it’s reality. The 2022 exhibition America in Crisis created for Saatchi Gallery examines those same tensions today. Showing work from current photographers contrasted against images from the original book.

The exhibition moved to the Amreican Museum & Gardens in Bath and I was in charge of re-arranging the hangplan to fit and utilise the new space. As well as designing a banner and a title arch to introduce the exhibition. Ensuring consistency in look, flow and overall feel of the original exhibition at Saatchi within this much smaller space.

Created during my internship at Dutch design studio Kummer&Herrman (now named LMNOP).
